Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
- If you are buying online a valid credit card is required for paying accounts. We reserve the right to accept or reject the payment made through credit cards.
- Techshosters.tech PC support plan starts from the date on which you signup or sign the agreement copy, and the payment is realized.
- Techshosters.tech offers a 100% guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with the computer service that was provided to you, then we offer a full refund upon request (assuming that request is made within 90 days of the service date).
- All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of USA, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, if levied in your country.
- We don't store credit card information for any customer and we would not do any charging without your explicit consent.
Cancellation and Termination
- You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account to your account manager is a must and you must receive a confirmation from your account manager on the date of cancelation.
- All of your data stored with us will immediately be archived from active servers and maybe stored with us for any future use.
- If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and we will not be charge you again.
- Techshosters, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behaviour, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with Techshosters, among other reasons. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your PC Support Service.
- Any use of software which is not legal may result in termination of your services and cancellation of your account by Techshosters.
- Techshosters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
- Techshosters reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
- Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes on our website Techshosters or by sending an e-mail to you at our registered account.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
- You authorize Techshosters LLC to charge the credit or debit card, or bank account, for services to be for either a flat fee, one-time cost, or a monthly recurring fee, depending on which service you have selected. If you select a monthly service package, further details and terms about the payment plan and duration of the service contract will be explained to you by a payment compliance service specialist at the time of registration. You will need to verbally agree to any monthly service plan before you are entered into a monthly service plan with recurring payment.
- Monthly support fees range from $19.99 to $39.99 per month, depending on the service package selected. No monthly charges will occur unless a monthly service package has been agree to and recorded by a compliance service specialist. You agree that Techshosters LLC has the right to charge the payment method used for initial payment for your monthly membership fees. You may change which card is used for your monthly membership fees at any time by contacting customer service at admintechshosters.com. You may also have the option to change which day each month the charges will occur, at Techshosters LLC’s sole discretion. If no request is made, you will be charged for monthly service on the same numerical calendar day each month, corresponding to the numerical date of first payment for services. - You agree that your payment method on file will continue to be charged monthly until the date of termination of your monthly service plan with Techshosters LLC. You agree that you are responsible for any fees resulting in our service charged for internet usage or any other sort of data plan.
- You agree not to engage in a chargeback or credit card charge dispute with the issuer of your credit or debit card once services has been rendered, and you agree to pay a penalty fee of 10% of the total amount paid for service if any such chargeback is initiated. You also agree to pay any attorneys or collections fees if a chargeback is initiated after services have been rendered or if any collection actions are necessary.
